I found the New Bloom event to be entertaining, though I'm glad its 24-hours
smile.png


I used the jade tokens on two mythical chests - the first was a Necrophos scythe with a custom Reaper Scythe animation. The second chest was buggy, no items visibly appeared however searching my inventory for Auspicious had an item slot with a mouse over and some error text, patching turned it into the (common....) Redhoof courier but in game he has no model just a floating health bar. (In some selection views and angles you can just make out a transparent 3d ERROR text haha).

Found a glitch, where he tries to attack familiars off the screen and doesn't attack the group. We did 30 million damage and got Rank S.

This event has been exploited all day. As soon as they fix the top exploit another one emerges. Good luck finding out who the real 1% are!

Visage got hot patched around 2am. In it's current state I don't see anyone doing this "legit" and doing more then ~10mil damage.

PS. Anyone got a Jade Talon I can trade for?

Guess it depends on what you mean by a glitch - we did it with Wraith King, Ursa, Troll, Ogre and Warlock for 13.7 million. Considering we fought him, took damage, died, etc I don't see that as a glitch (we also didn't manage to stack Ursa swipes on him for all that long). Our first attempt did ~8m w/o Ursa but we also learned a lot in general about avoiding attacks.

Most of the dragon's attacks have tells which allow you to dodge the swipes, tail, fireballs, etc. definitely easier with Wraith King as you can eat anything barring fireballs but we also had practice attempts where we did the full 25-minutes without him using Dazzle to help heal & shallow grave.

I can definitely see people doing over 10 million without Wraith King and Ursa, the party I was in split our gold over two attempts and we weren't 5-6 slotted on DPS.

HoN monkey king would be funny, but I'd rather have Rhapsody. I don't remember monkey king in Dota.

What we did was straight up broken. He literally just just sits on the wall, trying to reach the familiars, not moving, attacking, or casting any spells. You are free to melee attack and cast without repercussion for 25 minutes.

We used:
-Troll Warlord+ 6 Divine Rapiers
-Phantom Assasin+ 6 Divine Rapiers
-Visageto pull off the familiar exploit
-Warlockto Fatal Bonds and cause damage to the Tail & Horn
-Necrophosto Agamin's Sceptor & Refresher Ult the Tail & Horn anytime one of them dropped below 60% health

That got us to 30 million damage. We left a lot of damage potential on the table by not using Desolator v2, and Assault Curiass, but people didn't have the money to buy them. I would guess that 50 million would be possible.

I am guessing, if you targeted the Horn or the Tail it would, because they have set life bars that the % damage can be applied to. The body is infinite and the ult would probably produce no damage. This is based upon how Necrophos' Ult worked on the beast.

Life break doesn't work, huskar just has max attack speed at 1 health by getting flaming spears. Just buy divines and and a daedalus and he just attacks like a machine gun. So if you've got him glitched into the wall its no downside.

Buy 1 Mine each and with CM/DP/Lock/Undying/Lich you can get 500k in like a minute

The event is still dumb and hotfixing OP combos on the fly is pants-on-head retarded

Removing CC and Lifesteal/heart was the retarded part. If you could do him in a legit manner a la a raid encounter I think you'd see less people trying to exploit and more finding the ultimate raid party. Thats how we started then they nerfed legitimacy out which didn't leave much else beside finding the most efficient jade sploit.

I'll admit I'm fine with sploiting after it becomes obvious the game isn't about being fun and only about you buying charms and boosters.

Fuck that. Where's my pillaging clothes.

There was a quest in the last dota 1 patch for him. Supposedly Icefrog always releases a new hero on .x0 patches or something like that.
