Sounds like they'd need to tone that down. Kind of an Elder Titan/Phantom Lancer combo, and I can't quite figure out that ult, but kind of like an illusion echo slam?

Random anecdotes: if you watch the video for the All Star Game, the very first section picked had barely anyone in it. Three guys standing up with Slacks shirts and one skinny guy with glasses just below them in a sweater, that was my brother. He almost got to hug Dendi :p

Also I have gotten a Crimson Bounty Hunter. My brothers haven't gotten anything. Wondering if I should have come earlier in the week for the 10 AM games when no one is here and you are almost guaranteed to get one. Oh well, thoughts for next year.

Also, I knew China had it this year because it is an even year, but I wrongly chose Newbee instead of Wingz. I suck.

I have had 3 total drops, 1 Wednesday and 2 Thursday, none today. But today there were like 5x as many people. We were there at 10am for almost all the games. Dandain has not had any drops. So not sure how the RNG works out. Sucks we have dupe BH. My Drow one was worth a bit on the market, not as much as Pudge but like 2nd as much. I may sell my Nyx one and just buy the Dazzle one.

Need to hit the secret shop tomorrow early and get my plushies to trade and get my 2nd free bag of loot. The notebook is pretty cool.

When you basically get $20M crowdfunding for the event you can pretty much make it as badass as you want or need to.

Only 25% of the compendium purchases goes to the prize pool so.... valve made just a little below 60 million (believe they throw in the first million).
Also, god only know what they're making in merch. Did you see when slack (or was it kacey) was in the warehouse with what looks like miles of merch? I have a feeling the merch / ticket food sales alone pay for the whole event.

Oh it's easily making them fuck tons of money in merch and other sales at the venue. Forgot about the 25% part, this shit is why we can't have HL3 :(

Nothing special about this damn arena food, $6 hot dogs, $11 chicken fingers, $10 beers. All the food trucks are outside of the ticketed area so anyone in Seattle can come eat (and there are a lot of non ticketed people still walking around). Don't know if Valve sees any of that.

Last year they were already serving beer so I could get my USA on with hot dogs and a couple of cold ones to cheer on EG. Hopefully they make it to grand finals and my tradition can continue.
