He seems to be in a good spot, if anything, we will get some nerfs to roaming 4s, but really no hero screams "nerf" at me right now.

TB will get nerfed, TA will get a bit of an adjustment, probably LC as well. I'd put more money on tangential changes like xp, gold, curves, etc that help reshape the laning meta than big hero hits though. And don't forget talent changes rather than actual ability changes.
