I like him in pubs, his global heal/shield is pretty good in early game to help all lanes. Healing towers can make a huge difference, its very situational, obviously, since it won't save any tower from a proper push, but still helpful. The slow and the stealth can make a world of difference in the lane if you are babysitting a nice carry too.
He also has nice synergy with magnus/dark seer and cleavers, especially with a refresher orb.

- Added Team Matchmaking! Teams have a public rating based on their performance against other Teams.
- Added Language setting for Matchmaking!
Hopefully that weeds out the BR's, although the team rating doesn't have much effect on people like us.

I, however, am very happy about the russian language selector, not so much that I have a problem with russians on my team, as they don't tend to be worse than everyone else, but this should weed out those that refuse to communicate in english.

I agree that it won't eclipse all russian players that refuse to speak english from games, but its an extra deterrent and clicking english is making a statement that you are willing to speak english so it might force some weaker willed players to speak english in fear of potential repercussions, even if they are remote.
