Dredd 2 (2024 Confirmed!)

The afternoon as well as 3D Blu-ray arrived today. I'll get a chance to watch it maybe tomorrow.

Ok, just got done watching it. You guys were right. It was a very good experience. Cersei showing again just how big of a cunt she can be. The girl judge was decent. I liked how the movie came together. And it looked great in 3D.

She still looks pretty good. I could see a sequel with her even becoming the mentor. I still want Karl Urban back in a sequel, as he has been the best representation to the idea so far.

We just need some forum material that will anger potential shitlords so much that they will register in order to post and unleash their rage. Like this:

I heard the new producers and directors of the new Dredd movie are troubled by the lack of diversity and equity from the original source material. Simply put, they're going to change it. Dread is still judge, jury, and executioner, but is a gender fluid person devoted to equity, with brown skin and a very ambiguous ethnic background.

In the new Mega City One, Dredd still patrols the streets, handing out punishment for all sorts of crimes, but the new movie "...seeks to highlight more ignored crimes from the privileged class. We're not going to turn the universe on its head and have Dredd take on the megacorporations. That is a losing battle and wouldn't be realistic, even in this fictional setting."
