So we will have a drought of good games from Feb-September, pretty much 70% of 2014 and then have every big title game you can think of thrown at us all within a few months? Sans Witcher 3 of course,but aside from like 3-4 games this year has been pretty crap. September through November will have like 8 big releases?

Uhh, yeah, 80+% of disc-based games come out only in March/April/October/November nowadays, outside of timed sports releases. Blame stock reporting.

And personal taste and all that, but this has still been a decent year with a lot of solid games - Bravely Default, Donkey Kong Country, South Park, Dark Souls 2, Titanfall, Infamous 3, Transistor, Watch Dogs, Mario Kart 8, etc. - it's just that none of them aregreat, and too many just are Franchise+1.

Edit: I hope everyone realizes that pile of October 7th releases won't release that day - that's just the first Tuesday in Q4.

I hope that PS4 is going to talk about release dates for Project Morpheous (virtual reality). I can't wait to hear what they say. There's some reason they're renting out movie theaters around the country. There's obviously something big that's going to drop.

No, like almost all non-hardware years, Nintendo will have the best exclusives.

I'll be far more interested in the Sony and MS conferences, since those will have the games I will actually be playing, on my PC.

imma attend the live E3 show at a theater near me, a bunch of people are suggesting Sony's final announcement is going to be TLOU releasing June 10th and attendees will all be given a free copy
