I'm using one of these models, but mine only has 4 paddles. I think it's the version below that one. It's pretty nice but I haven't mapped any functions to the paddles. The problem I found is at the paddles will pop out. They're supposed to be removable but they just don't seem to stay in place very well if you're sitting there frantically trying not to get killed by a boss.

It's the only controller that I bought in years but I'm happy with it at least.

I'm convinced that bleed/frost are so strong currently that any viable meta setup has to include one or both of them unfortunately.

Yeah, PowerA Fusion Pro 2, imo the best choice by far if you can live with it being wired. Left paddles are set to dpad up and down, and right paddle (only have one installed) is mapped to B. Can't play games like this without it, so I end up packing it up in its case every day to use with both Series X and S. Only thing that bugs me is that I can only set the trigger locks to the middle setting. It doesn't register them at all if you set it to the shortest pull, but that's the game's fault not the gamepad.

That gives me an idea what to use the paddles for. Like

Dr.Retarded I just removed mine because they didn't sit static well and I wasn't used to them being there so kept knocking them out. Was more annoying than helpful.

+8 and +9 somber are by the Divine Tower of Caelid.

One is outside the entrance held by one of thise magic dungbeetles. One is at the base on a corpse, use the tree roots to drop down.

They have a wired 8bitdo xbox controller with back paddles now, wonder how it is?

I just fought it, no idea on your question but just spawn it while naked and it does no damage. Then you can re equip your gear at your leisure.

Yeah I wish you could disable the L3 dismount. Fucking gets me gacked fighting the overland dragons.

And the ferryman boss is probably the easiest one in the game, especially when you can use the horse. Summon literally anything to keep his skeletons busy, run up and whack until his boat starts to rise up, then back off and let him do his hang 10 attack before resuming the ass whooping. Rinse and repeat.

So far, I like the Gaol mini bosses the best since they are balanced for one on one (though too much hyperagro on some), but the loot is shit on them. I am guessing there is a quest tie in to winning these at some point?
