I would say that's standard house music. Daft Punk is a legendary artist that I'm sure you're familiar with, but check out their Discovery album. It's classic house. Sampling popular songs happens all the time in EDM by tons of different artists, but based on the 80's vibes of the songs you posted, here are a couple of others you might like. Disco and 80's music is pretty much the first version of EDM.
