But you're a troll who doesn't even play on The Sleeper, and also you were banned for cheating! How can you not appreciate the $ he wasted on pleasing the hundreds upon hundreds of players, every single one of whom enjoy the most polished and fair Velious server in the universe? Come see for yourself atwww.epicfail.comwhere people have so much fun that nobody has ever had time to write a positive review for the server.

I didn't ignore you I acknowledge your opinion, you hate people that work hard and spend $ to provide free servers, no matter how bad you thin k they are even though as I type this over 150 players are having a great time.


I get it, you don't like me or the server now move on go play WoW or Rift or some other game that provides you enjoyment, you shouldn't spend more time and energy posting here your opinion is accepted, time to let it go and go do moe productive things with your life.

Im not ignoring you, I agree its a terrible server for you, World of Warcraft or other games may be more well suited for those who are not interested in difficult MMO's.

Its unfortunate that you don't like me, or the server I helped build which will be released for free for others to build their own - but either way I don't hold grudges, come into mumble: voice.epicemu.com and we can discuss the issues you're having on the server, maybe specific quests you cant complete or specific broken issues, can you maybe link a few bug reports you have completed before to verify that the server is as bad as you believe?

Unfortunate for you, its a great server and there are a lot more people who love it and enjoy it and send me tells or PM's all the time thanking me for it, let alone the messages I get from devs asking for snippets of code ahead of time so they can test it.

We're having a great time on the server, maybe we'll see you in the future.

I'm still enjoying the server two months in. Many huge issues at launch have been resolved. Some things remain whacky, like NPC casters of any level being total rape machines, but it's a bit like classic EQ on "hard mode" and makes for an interesting challenge. Starting from total scratch and building up to two mid 30s has been fun. Making my push for 50+ this next month, we'll see how it goes. My one worry now is low server pop. Seems a lot of folks from release faded away.

Kegz you are taking the bait big time bro. Take the high road IMO, and avoid getting 'shawed, you'll look all the better for it.

Good point, I wanted to try and answer their questions but they don't seem to have questions, just never-swaying opinions that for some reason need to be repeated every week like clockwork astroturf.

Server was god awful and I'm not surprised at this meltdown considering I saw a similar one on the epicemu forum during beta when someone reported that taunt wasn't holding aggro well. We all stated taunt during this era was not a reliable aggro source as everyone who knows anything about EQ would say. Kegz then jumps in says were all wrong, taunt always was an excellent aggro generator and that he knew because he was a raid tank during classic EQ.

We all told him he had no idea what he was talking about and he proceeded to start deleting posts and calling everyone insulting names, shits classic.

You're still wrong, agro in Velious became significantly better, there was a major drop off in paladin / sk tanks in that era as well.
