Shit class but every group wants one and nearly every fast leveling group had one.
You're aware more then 2 expansion exist on TLP correct?Shit class but every group wants one and nearly every fast leveling group had one.
but enchanters always hit the wall after kunark. they were way less common and less needed by luclin and it was downhill from there.. so not sure how forum karens changed that at all. You're aware more then 2 expansion exist on TLP correct?
The guy that bought the ring for 220k, Zapan, has spent about 200 krono in the last two weeks on gear in the guild. He’s bought like 4 or 5 PD robes in the last few days, helm of rile and a bunch of other shit he claims are for his box crew. No idea what he does or what he’s doing but it seems like hes got deep pockets. Probably some stock nerd.
Yeah, that's super relevant when in the first expansion when the class is near the prime of its powers. Good players love power. You're aware more then 2 expansion exist on TLP correct?
I never had a single problem with a pug Enchanter being bad the on RF, Phinny, Agnarr, Selo, Coirnav. It was hit and miss on Aradune, on Mischief my Enchanterless groups are always much stronger then ones with enchanters.Yeah, that's super relevant when in the first expansion when the class is near the prime of its powers. Maybe it's because it's a pug and not because they're an enchanter.
Bobby i puged to 50 when the server launched. I got to that point where finding pugs is impossible because everyone your level is in a static. Every chanter even at the top 1% of the leveling curve outside of statics was beyond dogshit, i'm not talking no uber charm pet, i'm talking struggling to mez one mob levels of dogshit. 90-95% percent of the non-enchanters i've grouped with were fine.
My alt is a Chanter solely because good enchanters don't exist outside of few people with static groups. Cabby also rolled up an enchanter alt for literally the same reason.

Don't you know? Every single EQ player is pulling down a $500k job, has a hot smoking wife/husband, lives in a mansion, and makes unlimited cash from playing EQ?Last few pages have some hilarious replies. Some of you guys are approaching Lumi levels of delusion. I mean its no big deal, just log in 5 mins a day and collect my 100kr and flip my GEBs for an easy 40k a year dawg. Just a glimpse of my playboy billionaire EQ lifestyle.
Whoever buys/bought that cares more about their characters having BiS than I probably ever will. Then again, whoever sold/sells it for that amount doubled or tripled their plat, so it would be hard to blame them for trying to do so.

A Sales Engineer are you?I don't sell. I'm a buyer. I sell software IRL so the last thing I want to do is spend my time in game negotiating deals for pixels. I don't enjoy the economy aspect of the game. Time is my currency. I just want to spend however much of it I have left in the game gearing out my favorite toons and challenging myself to take down big content with a small group of friends.
I've had some friends offer to help sell the ring for an amount that I would accept, and I have advertised it in /auction, but i've kept it so far and will likely continue using it.
Zaide and others, i'm more curious, are you actually surprised by the lack of guild loyalty and every-man-for-themselves type of atmosphere on the server? I felt like this was discussed in every forum but predominately here in length before Mischief even launched. People get weird around money in general, and this is the closest thing EQ has come to it in my TLP experience.

I’m not trying to pass judgment here but it’s not the whole server that feels that way.Zaide and others, i'm more curious, are you actually surprised by the lack of guild loyalty and every-man-for-themselves type of atmosphere on the server?
