I loved playing a bard back in the day but when I did it on Agnarr I realized I no longer felt like pulling non-stop. And most people expect that. I couldn't live without Selo's so I decided to quit, heh.

Wait, how exactly is it nerfed? Like is your reclaim area capped by lore tag like any character?
I assume at the end of the day, my hope of farming dozens of nodrop lore quest items to sell mqs of for krono while I dont actually play are dashed?

Freeport is better given it's closer proximity to raid targets. If you really like GFay for the first few levels you can just leg it over there and bind yourself with a soul binder in the opening minutes.

Not sure the precise specifics since I never bothered with the destroy/reclaim game - but the window now only saves 1 of a lore or something like that.

Granted, I never main'd a bard, but I messed around with one circa Luclin. The problem wasn't necessarily the button pushing required (though that was a significant complaint in the pre-voice coms era); the problem was the intensity of focus required to play bard at a high level versus other classes. Your buffs lasted for mere seconds and even with high skills you'd infrequently miss notes or fizzle. Modern MMOs have lots of button pushing, but they're mostly rotational and can be developed into muscle memory (give or take a couple situational button pushes).

Most bards can just melody and start going but to be a really good bard it is similar to the old days, having to weave multiple mezzes and charms etc into the rotation, but its a great class and one of the easier ones to find the differences between a lazy bard and an amazing bard.
Bandolier available from day 1 opens up some nice "attention paying" bard enhancement. Much easier to do a manual 4 song rot with the right instrument for each song now.

il be PLing a few days after launch...(get at me if u wanna book some slots) and for RMTing if you do it right you can make 7k+ doing like 4 hours a day......
lemme break this down you do 4 hours a day selling PL slots at 1kr an hour~ 10$ an hour you can fit 5 people in a PL group thats 50$ an hour for 4 hours =200$. cause when RMTing and you see those kronos (PaypalFNF) coming in and you got a wait list. you bet your ass you dont mind running 12 fucking hours.
than you got mats that sell extra accounts plat drops constantly doing stuff to make money in game..
and than when you start running 2 PL groups ... or run a group on phini and a group on agnarrr... all shit we did. cause u can true box on 2 different servers. and as atabishi mentioned ... 22 minute respawn times .. takes about 4 min to aoe pull and kill. so not alot of play time

Hearing rumors of an ANTI-RMT Task force this weekend who will be training leveling camps and anywhere the accused will be leveling. I've also heard Mabbu and anyone associated with him is on their instant train list much like the last 2 servers he wasn't allowed to level peacefully or attain first 50.
Just a rumor but I would be careful if you hang around clowns / nefarious individuals.
