Capcom has already stated that it won't release any balance changes for UMvC3, which is a shame. A few characters REEEEEEALY need buffs in that game (HK, Chun-li, Felecia). O well, here's to hoping they make a Capcom vs Arc Systems (lol yea right, but a man can hope right?)
