The reason many of them do it is because porn stars tend to have a short shelf life 18-23 if they are lucky so they super whore our to the whims of producers/directors trying to squeeze in a little more time. If someone suggests they could get more work with fake boobs they are doing it. I personally don't mind ink at all. Even tats on the face, if done properly (granted, there's a pretty narrow range for properly), make a hell of a lot more sense to me than a girl fundamentally changing the structure of her face via plastic surgery when she's obviously attractive to begin with.

She actually got areallygood boob job. I typically hate tattoos but I find her hot as hell.
