If you're going to go through the headache of re-rolling, you should really re-roll until you hit a top tier 5* base, especially with the anniversary free summons and guaranteed 5* banner. Ashe is awesome and all, but she's not really a top prize for rerolling.

Did a 10+1 hoping to get some bonus units because all I had was vaan. Ended up with Zargarbage, and 2 other vaans. On the bright side, I did get my first 2 Cecil, so now I can work on Excalibur for my Orlandeu.

Definitely pick up: Recipe for Muscle Belt, BarStonra, BarWatera, BarBlizzara, BarAerora, Bug Killer, Spirit Killer, Bird Killer

Optionally useful: Recipe for Thunder Shield, Ice Armor, Ice Shield, Flame Shield, Curaga, Mag +10%, Atk +10%

Don't buy keys with lapis though, craft them with Fine Alacryst + Screamroot. You can get as much Fine Alacrysts as you need from crafting cheap spells (especially now you can craft 100 at a time instantly), and you can get Screamroots from Mog King events.

I made the noob mistake when i started playing and bought keys with lapis. Oh well. Live and learn.

I bought all the hp/atk/def ability since I had none for WoL. go for armor next or that dagger with the evade on it for noctis? I got Fohlen off my daily not sure if I should e excited or not never heard anyone talk about him.

his TMR is useful later on for the handful of units who can't equip hats, and much later on for Duke's TMR which is conditional on spear and helm use.

Is there a good website/youtube for this to give a basic guide to all the components of this game? I've tried a few and I got the overall picture but like, I don't know what the rainbow stars mean vs regular ones, what the base colors (looks like rarity maybe, gold = rare? idk) and a few things like that.

Well, I guess my 'starter' barracks are Lightning, plus a bunch of 4* and less. Are there any 2-4* heroes that are really good I should focus on that I might have/get soon?

I'm too lazy

My team right now is:

Lightning, Rikku, Chizuru, Beach Time Fina (?), Zyrus

I also have Shine, Illias then a bunch of 3* summons.
