I can not comprehend how asian developers are able to produce MMOs that are so visually stunning, and out of all of those this one takes the cake. This game may have shortcomings, but the visuals are not one of them. How do we (westerners) continually put out shit like Warhammer Online, a game with a hundred milliion dollar budget, with completely lacking animations, art, textures, and models... yet asians are able to craft something that makes shit like WHO look like duckhunt.
I love the old school feel for casters. Spells have cast-times, can be interrupted, and mana is slow to regenerate. Mages aren't ranged rogues with "energy" bars.
SE is thinking out of the box on this one. I can safely say this is the first MMO where you start inside a prison. It may seem like a starting city, but oh no, it's definitely more akin to Levinworth than Edoras. By level 4, you'll feel like Sean Connery trying to break out of the Rock because leaving the city is no easy feat. All the gates are closed, the ferryman doesn't want to bring you anywhere, and you'll be washing laundry, and doing menial delivery chores for the other citize...inmates for the first couple of hours in the game.
Tons of gates, guarded by guards who think you're Jeffrey Dahmer serving consecutive life sentences and simply will not let you leave. You'll feel like Andy Dufrene crawling down the shit pipe when you do actually find the lower level exit as it's a barely labeled path nestled off in the corner.
So whats the process, owner checks mail and clears it and its gtg until owner tries?
I was able to buy an account, login from a different country, change password, change e-mail, and change the secret question without a single hickup. Don't know what you did to get flagged...
