I'm on west coast and got a terrible 4ish hours. I think I may have actually slept for about 1.

And I know for the Friday of open beta, it opened late, like 15-20 minutes?

JP Servers up. NA servers coming up.

Will server selection refresh as servers come up or do you need to log out and back in ? There's no refresh option atm.

ARR shows all servers down still. That said, I can now log in but the start button is greyed out, as opposed to the error message.
