Yeah, I can confirm that reloading the game entirely fixed the "cannot load NA/EU servers" "error"

Pretty sure I lost my char too. When I login, I get an option to choose from 2 service accounts. The first one doesn't work, and the second one is early access with my old 1.0 character. I'm guessing my level 20 P4 char with all the rest XP is on that one....fuck

Woke up late at 2:15am, and was later than that by the time I figured out a name for my toon, but was able to get on Gilg right away after a short queue. Glad it wasn't locked!
