In the wake of the merger of Warner Bros. and Discovery, the company has been slashing costs with big cuts coming from the animation department.
That brings us to “Final Space,” the animated sci-fi comedy series which ran for three seasons on the Warner-owned Adult Swim. Though cancelled before the merger, the show’s creator Olan Rogers has now revealed in a social media posting that the series has been taken off all streaming services in the United States.
Specifically, he says the disappearance of the show is due to it becoming a tax write-off and, once Netflix’s license is up and it’s taken down from international markets, it will be gone forever. Olan says in a statement:
