I think Soy was our only warlock and that was just in the early runs of WoD. We had next-to-none beyond that, so I would imagine it would be welcomed.

Yeah Soy was our only real warlock. We had Tarisk's friend come once or twice recently and that helped. A solid warlock would be awesome. I liked Mord the mage a lot too, but I would always suggest (if anyone asked) that people just play what they enjoy the most. The only real exception is that tanks are limited to 2 slots where we can sort of massage numbers on dps/heals.

You g uys are getting me pumped up. I may sub sooner to finish my legendary too

The beginning of WoD was a lot of fun in the rerolled guild till that clique kind of took over. I just went back to my old server and cleared Heroic and Mythic with them

. I booted up my priest and finished it up on the rerolled server, but Im torn on what exactly I want to play anymore. Im not exactly sure I like how Disc priest sounds in WoD, so I guess Ill just have to play it out some. The changes to the Mage, especially with how your spells damage is calculated on hit instead of cast, now, sound fucking AMAZING! So.... ... ..

Yeah, you need to start now... quest is removed unless you've started it already. My priest is at like 7 tomes so far. Might just finish it with some LFR runs as a healer. maybe.


Also, warlock it is. I've never really played one. Any tips are appreciated (especially mod help).

I need 3 tomes. Kinda forgot about it, but guess I may as well finish now. Gonna stick out paladin I guess, it's just way to hard to go to a class where I can't do all of the 3 roles.

Looking like fire for me, or holy pal if we need a healer instead. I just plain do more dmg when I play fire, I must just suck with frost and arcane.

Its where you feel comfortable. Before this patch, I could play my hunter as Marksmanship alright and sucked with Beast Mastery no matter how faceroll it got. I loved Survival though and would go nuts.

Of course now I'm porked because all the hunter stuff changed and survival is melee.

I loved my DK too but now Frost spec is dual wield and I can't do 2handers with it anymore lol.

I have no idea what I'm playing now. haha

When we first started raiding I was the only warlock. Got tired of the turret like Destro build when every fight had tons of movement and other classes being able to move and still do considerable damage.

Come to think of it, I really dont see a lot of Warlocks. Theyve been hiding or something.

If they follow the WoD model it will be a permanent perk of buying the X-Pac.

Transferred the pally tonight. Finished my tomes but forgot about the ship mission cockblock... Still figuring out the new rotations but looking forward to minivan 2.0

For people in my situation where you pre-ordered the physical Collectors Edition box (from overseas) but don't want to miss out on opening day and plan to get a digital pre-order of the regular version too, a GM confirmed to me that doing this gets you TWO level 100 boosts. One for the digital pre-order that you get immediately, then when you receive your physical CE and put in the upgrade code, it gives another boost you are free to use on any Wow account (including the same account as the first boost). Since a boost costs 50 bucks, that's at least a little gain from having to basically buy the game twice.
