All you have to do is put your user name in each box and you are done.
No, there isn't currently a way to add others that I know of.
I have it set to 24x24px but can switch it to 16x16 if people think these icons are too large. Hover over them by the way.

@Amod @a_skeleton_03 Holy awesome this is a TREMENDOUS tool. Is there a way to do a mass alert to let people know about it with a link so people can sign up?

Looks like there is a way to send out an alert so let me give that a try. I must be retarded though because I aboslutely cannot get my gamercard link to work no matter what I do.
