I don't know, I think Folders could learn some chill if Lightning Lord Rule Lightning Lord Rule punished him hard enough. Kind of like when a untrained dog shits on the floor, sure you can get mad at the dog but really it's the owners fault for not training it properly.

The funny thing is you think folder changed at some point. The only thing that changed was a different iteration of his internet persona; just another in a long series of costume changes. He tried one that was more palatable to others but couldn't sustain it forever because he is simply incapable of escaping the soulless black void that is at the center of his true self.
