Can't really tell but thinking that's not in the US by the way those truck cabs look. Container on it does look a bit taller than normal too.
Get your eyeballs lazered. Best thing I ever did for myself. Couple hours of horrible burning pain after meds wore off, 3 months of eye drops and 6 months of light halos at night but that was years ago and still have better than 20/20.
