Didn't even notice that. Can't say for sure because I never had an older cousin that cool. Best I can come up with is that it's a button up shirt like this with a denim jacket thrown over it. Smart if you think about it. It gives him versatility in case he goes into a classy joint. McDonalds was not classy back then.

Good point, I didn't even notice the T-shirt / hairy chest combo.
I think, it's a very convincing AI art. If you look closely, there's odd things: his hands on the burger / the jumbled Coca-Cola logo on the cup. old guy in background's forearm/ hand area. The fries container with a drinking straw sticking out. It's a well done one, passes the initial viewing almost perfectly.
