There's several companies that make earphones like that. Shokz makes bone conducting earphones that sit similar to that. The new Bose earphones actually sit on your ear lobe like an earring. Both the new Shokz and Bose don't go in your ear or on. They actually float just outside the ear canal so you can also hear what's going on around you depending on the volume.

The Shokz, however, will give you a headache at first if you're not use to bone conduction sound.
