Oh man right in the feels. I moved to CLT in the early 90's and going to Hornets games was awesome! It was like going to a party with 20,000 people and a basketball game broke out. Sadly the owner turned out to be a piece of shit.

Just had my moment the other day:
had to pick up parking permits for my grandma, bureau wouldn’t release them to me despite the fact that I had the online receipts, original order form and a fucking Real ID proving I live with her.
but you know what they would accept? A hand written note from my grandma saying to release the permits to me, something I could have easily dummied up in the parking lot.
