Emphasis on "FULLY" visible. It's because of the sun's position in the sky etc. Google Abu Simbel temple.

They were able to do it with Newgrange, that was built around 3200BC, so Its safe to assume we have better knowledge of it by now.

'Once a year, at the winter solstice, the rising sun shines directly along the long passage, illuminating the inner chamber and revealing the carvings inside, notably the triple spiral on the front wall of the chamber. This illumination lasts for about 17 minutes'

Hundreds of years before Stonehenge or Pyramids.

Ye its legit, major tourist thing like most of that old shit, Id assume cause its in Ireland its not as big as stuff like Stonehenge or the likes, since they were probably marketed far better for generations. Dunno.
There's loads of em too, them 3000BC~ burial mounds and sites, all in same valley, but Newgrange is the famous once since of the passage thing.

Its pretty big thing to go to it on December 21st, think the waiting list is like 10 years long and costs alot. I was there as a kid for some school trip, was pretty cool I guess But since I was a kid I don't think I gave a fuck.

Skara Brae is still my favorite little enigma. 3200BC. I expect they'll find a TARDIS somewhere nearby. Just always found it very reassuring that Humans were smart enough 5k years ago to work so well with stone, and build over half a dozen houses complete with furnishings entirely out of rock.

And another famous "brickhouse" for good measure.

Do you understand the difference between "every year on the shortest day of the year" and "every year on a particular day of our flawed calendar"?

Yeah I know what your getting at, but humans just landed on a fucking asteroid last week, 3200BC was slightly less advanced then now for our understanding of most things. So I'm not sure why the disbelief.

I don't even know why a fastfood thread exists, there's like... nothing better than Wendy's?
The best part of Wendy's is how they made like two commercials with Wendy Thomas and then fired the bitch for eating too much Wendy's and replaced her ass with the other annoying redhead.

P.S. Wendy's sucks shit.
