I could only see white and gold last night, but then someone at work this morning linked another article about it. I still saw white and gold...until I scrolled down to the obvious blue and black one lower on the page, and then scrolled back up. As soon as I looked at the obvious blue one and then back to the original, the original fluctuates between white/gold and blue/black for me. Also, my girl Taylor Swift says it is black and blue, and since I try to live my life by the credo of WWTSD, it must be black and blue.

Probably operating on the same principle as this, the contrast between colors is right on a line that brains interpret it differently because the flash+ambient light is so high on that dress photo.
