this is the problem most truffle oil is synthetic, chemical additives, smells good, tastes bad, many chefs are too dumb and get the fake shit, drizzle it on, and cuz it smells good, think its awesome, but they dont taste it.

Truffles fucking suck. If anything, they're alright if you have an ACTUAL truffle oil and you put it on some hand cut fries or some shit. But the flavor/scent just goes away really quick if you don't scarf the things. Basically, they're a goddamned waste.I'd buy a truffle. I've never tried one

Truffle oil is usually olive oil or grape seed oil with imitation truffle flavorings added. Truffle butter has actual pieces of truffle mixed in.
The later is not what Nicki Minaj is talking about in her song though.
