Oh, it was definitely consensual up until the part where he starts hitting her. That's the closest it came to rape, so I can see why nobody wanted to prosecute or anything. It's a messed-up situation; she obviously didn't expect such rough sex, and the guy did. It wasn't rape, it was a failure by both parties to set reasonable expectations regarding the fuck. She probably was traumatized by the event, but after seeing that video I'm like 100% sure she is just motivated by using it for her art career.
