Teachers are told to not get involved and to call for help. Teachers intervening into fights sets up lawsuits. It might be the "correct" thing to do, by jumping in and breaking it up, but you can get hurt and hurt others in the process and principals are cowards when it comes to defending their teachers.

I'd imagine a female teacher wouldn't want to get in between all that. They'd probably call for help, but with how fast that escalated it wouldn't have mattered. Not saying that's what happened (sounds like it didn't), but it would've made sense.
I also like how it sounded like everyone got all offended that he body slammed her like he crossed the line by finally fighting back. Blows my mind that a woman (girl) can abuse a guy in public for an extended period of time, but the second he hits her back it's like "oh shit, what the fuck dude?"
