Bringing back memories! Someone on the old FoH board actually knew that blond girl I believe. I remember seeing a bunch of other old Facebook / Instagram posts of her after that pic went around. Too funny.

Anthony Stockelman molested and murdered a 10 year old girl in 2005. When he was sent to prison, a relative of Katie's was reportedly also there. To permanently get revenge, they got to Stockelman in the middle of the night and tattooed "Katie's Revenge" on his forehead.

Her name is Brittany Pilgrim. She hasn't gotten any worse since then.
