It's the way she dresses and her absurd makeup and wigs she wears most of the time. When she attempts to look like a normal human being she's decently attractive.
She has some exaggerated facial features that aren't so exaggerated that they can't be toned down, but for some reason she highlights all of them with over the top colors.
