Retarded homeopathic nonsense that medical science has completely debunked. Only idiots do it, really. The idea is that it cleans out your ear and improves your health and a bunch of other nonsense. The proof is similar to those cleansing deals: the residue that comes out is directly from the candle/wick melting in your ear, just like the "black" stuff that comes out during a cleanse is crap in the cleansing fluid itself just reacting with natural body enzymes. Ie, complete bullshit.
