I have a degree in plumbing and that's what I thought it was. I was hoping on the off chance that was a random air stack/vent. That right there is a code violation and an overall fucked up move by the Comcast installer. someone should get their ass fired for suck asshattery and Comcast should pay to fix it (which they wont becuase they are fucktards)
