Fargo is Ironically a HUGE private jet hub. most people flying private between Europe and the West coast normally stop off in Fargo to do customs/refueling as its just cake and no random BS like MSP, ORD, etc....

And one diner serves many of the Jet set when they land at all hours of the night. This was when Hanks rolled through at like 3 am and I think it was the owners kid who was taking random shots with Hanks.

The legend has it Hanks found the kid passed out at the bar and so they took his phone and took the pictures so that when he came to he would have pictures of him and Tom Hanks on his phone and have no idea that it ever happened.
