Pretty sure that's the kitchen from Salt Lick BBQ in Round Rock TX, not too far from you if you're still in north Texas. Second favorite BBQ establishment I've been to.

I went to the Salt Lick between Austin and San Antonio. Their turkey is really good. I don’t remember them having a set up like that. I’ll have to go for sure. Thanks!
