No picture does. HDR tries to mimic it, but eyes work fundamentally different to even the most modern capturing device. Then there's how that captured information is presented on a particular display...So the manipulation is done as the picture is taken then. Either way thats nowhere near close to what the human eye sees.
You could actually experience something very similar to the original frame if you were positioned in the same place at same time of day, but how your eyes take in sunlight is going to fundamentally change what you see vs a camera. Tis the beauty of photography.
