0.5 Fairchild Channel F, I was like 5 when it came out, I am old but keeping in the spirit of FOH, Here is Atari Porn, Beat'em and Eat'em, its like Kaboom but for adults
A few years back, I guess you can call it a midlife crisis. Some people buy sports cars, some bang young women. I decided to collect Atari 2600 games. Like all people my age, ET destroyed Atari and we all moved on to NES and/or Sega Master System. When I started collecting Atari, I found out companies did not stop developing and releasing Atari games When ET drove Atari to bankrupcy. A lot of smaller companies continued to develop and release games well into the late 80s. There was a TON of games I did not even know existed, the starpath supercharger being one of them.
If you are ever at a flea market or on Facebook market place and you see the game below for like 50 bucks. Buy it asap, it is worth 1k to 5k for the cartridge alone. A boxed version could fetch even more. Men-A-Vision was apparently a very small start up and they made cartridges out of a garage. No one is sure how many are around but last I heard, only about 20 are in exisitence. There are reproductions but I do not know any repros that have the blue handle, they are all the standard black cartridges. I have a repro, I would rather waste money on hookers than buy an atari cartridge for 1500 bucks. Still hoping I find one at a flea market one day.
