I've seen that spot a lot.
A whole damn lot.
Went there with friends once while I was already farming for it and lost the roll to a guy who quit two weeks later.
Farmed forever after, on four chars at first, up to eleven until I got it to drop after what seems like 143 kills according to the battle.net stats.
