It is. As I understand it, someone who says they're trans isn't making a statement about who they're sexually attracted to, only about which gender they feel more comfortable as. The folks in that meme probably don't consider themselves homosexual, just a dude in love with a dudette. Even if the way they've come full-circle is a bit ironic..
