Seriously though, I spent most of my 22 years in the Airborne and never understood the beret complaints. Maybe I just don’t know better.

Cause ya earned it and it was the Airbone thing. For everyone else it was just a pain in the ass shitty cover. Wool “hat” that traps all the heat in and doesn’t shade your eyes. Also, I took this picture last month on my shitty iphone.
