Source: I know because I'm terrible at running, have no natural talent or speed, think sleep deprivation is dumb, and don't have nearly enough time to train.

I wasn't going for more impressive. Ultra marathons nearly kill the participants. Move all those faggots into them and I'm sure it will kill more.
