There's literally nothing wrong with for the One hundredth time except you're expecting 1,000th
also p.s. reason for "more testing = more cases" is not born out of maliciousness as implied it's pointing out there's a high false positive rate, people know there is, so they test twice as well, not only do they test twice but some people also test for antibodies who know they got it already because nobody is sure about that, a lot of positive test inflation because of this.
