And google says the answer is yes. (And that she used both sides but preferred the right side.) She had 4 kids, but no easy info on which side(s) they came from. Suspect the right since her first pregnancy was on the left side and had to be aborted due to medical complications.

According to Wikipedia she died in 1928. The pictures look to me as if taken in the 50s, 60s. 70s even.
Also, according to the pictures from Wikipedia her inner legs were underdeveloped.
