Highly recommendhttp://www.sandboxie.com/if you're concerned about a sites content or possible security issues, it sandboxes the browser session and files are locked in that sandbox unless you opt to recover them so in the event that a drive by download does manage to kick off it'll prevent it from shitting up your PC.

edit: then again so will running AV/Web Security software and keeping Java (preferably with the browser plugin disabled)/Flash/Acrobat up to date but for those of us super paranoid it works great
