More of a public service announcment than a FSR: this video saved my friggin life. It's not a messed up back, it's atrophied wierd hip muscles and the main symptom of their being weak/pulled/torn is lower back pain. Started doing these exercises (especially the first) and the pain is gone and I stopped putting out my back.
