DV isnt cool when youre a man because as a man you cant respond to it like you would if the person attacking you was another man. For example my ex put her hands on my throat and tried to choke me as I was in front of her house. Obviously a guy does something like that to you all bets are off, you beat his fucking ass or try to.

My ex was literally half my size, stereotypical petite asian woman. So I had to exercise extreme restraint and simply remove her hand from my throat. Of course she complained that I hurt her in the process.
