My kid got thrown into one of these contraptions when he was little; it was one of the most tragic events I had to witness as he squealed while encased in clear plastic unable to move. I had to hold my wife back from rushing to save him.
He also got a nasty cut in his earlobe when he was like 3 and they had to wrap him up in a blanket like a burrito to put in the stitches, while he squealed.
Surprisingly, he isn't scared of doctors lol.
