Was already a pain in the ass getting specific Mercedez etc. But now its just outrageous to find some of them. A lot of your high end dealerships have a cap on the sales persons commission per car, too. So just about all of it is going in some dudes pocket that has 4-5 homes spread out across the US.
Buddy is a GM for a Chevrolet store and told me about Chevrolet putting out the 2022's with all the buttons/switches, but with no chips in them. So the customer is going to have to come back later when there are chips, just to get the complete car they paid for. I do like my buddies Truck though - never thought I'd be impressed with a tail gate of all things but there I was, gawking at a remote control tail gate that can go up/down, extend its step etc. I'm getting f'n old I guess.
