I doubt they’re very hot, and probably don’t taste very good. It’s just a hot powder like flaming Cheetos. I have some of these and they’re not really spicy like a pepper, just hot powder. They also don’t taste great, I just mix them in with some habanero almonds that actually have a good flavor.
They don’t do anything to your asshole like a real pepper would either.
